Mission Statement

LPOI offers a comprehensive, technology focused, software driven, smart cost control and management solutions for the Hotel industry.
LPOI was established by Kerry publican, Sean O’Mahony in March 2021. He conducted a deep dive analysis of the operating costs in his business and as a result devised a new bespoke smart solution to hospitality sector analysis using innovative cost and management controls through the integration of strategic service partner contracts.

Our Bar Partners

Social Spin

Sean’s most recent initiative was Social Spin launched in conjunction with Diageo and the VFI. The initial pilot scheme operates from Sean’s bar in Faha, Co. Kerry where 30 volunteer drivers came forward to support the scheme.

The scheme also operates from Causeway, Co. Kerry. The information gathered from the 12 month pilot programme will be used to work with government with a view to rolling the scheme out across the country.
